SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be queued for processing on the subsequent business day.
- You will receive a notification once your order transitions from processing and is dispatched.
2. Our Logistics Network
To guarantee reliable transit across diverse regions, we collaborate with premier domestic cargo and courier networks, including but not limited to:
- Shiprocket / Delhivery / DTDC / Trackon / Professional Couriers / India Post
3. Estimated Shipping Timelines
Once your package is dispatched from our facility, the estimated arrival times are as follows:
- Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 5 to 7 business days
- Rest of India (Tier 2/3 & Regional Areas): 7 to 12 business days
Please Note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners. Actual transit times may vary slightly due to seasonal transit volumes, weather anomalies, or localized regional constraints.
4. Shipping Fees & COD Policy
We look forward to delivering value right to your doorstep under a transparent fee structure:
- Complimentary Shipping: Free delivery is automatically applied to all domestic orders.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): If COD services are active at checkout for your pin code, an additional convenience fee (calculated at checkout) will apply to cover specialized secure cash-handling protocols.
5. Real-Time Delivery Tracking
The moment your parcel leaves our fulfilment centre, a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS will be sent to your registered email ID/mobile number. This update will include a live tracking link (subject to enablement by the assigned courier partner) allowing you to trace your package's journey in real time.
6. Secure Order Reception
- Deliveries are executed by our courier partners during standard operating business hours.
- To ensure the security of your premium personal care products, we highly recommend personally receiving the parcel.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please coordinate with a family member, friend, or building security desk to accept the package on your behalf.
7. Damaged or Broken Merchandise or Partially Missing Products Protocol
If a package is visibly damaged during transit:
- Reporting Window: You must report the damage to us within 24 hours of the delivery time stamped by our shipping courier.
- Damaged/partially missing Consignments - Mandatory Unboxing Video: To process the claim with our courier partners, a continuous, unedited video of the unboxing process is strictly required. The video must clearly show the unopened outer box seals being broken and the exact condition of the damaged/missing items inside.
- Action Required: Retain the original shipping box, all packing materials, and the compromised merchandise exactly as they arrived.
- Verification: Email goodness@inkanivu.com with your order number and your mandatory unboxing video (including clear high-resolution photographic evidence).
- Resolution: Upon verification and internal inspection (in coordination with our shipping partner wherever applicable), confirming the damage thus caused, we will arrange for a complimentary replacement of the damaged units to be dispatched to you at no additional shipping cost.
8. Missing Packages & Non-Delivery Resolution
If your tracking status indicates "Delivered" but your parcel has not arrived at your door:
- Initial Step: Please immediately cross-check with family members, co-residents, neighbors, or your building’s security front desk to confirm if the package was accepted on your behalf.
- Escalation Window: If the package remains unfound, notify us within 48 hours at goodness@inkanivu.com.
- The Backtrace Process: We will immediately initiate a formal, technical backtrace investigation with our logistical delivery partner. This sequence takes approximately 2 to 5 business days.
- Outcome: If the courier log confirms the package was genuinely lost or misrouted by their personnel, Inkanivu will re-ship your order or issue a full credit correction.
9. Mid-Transit Address Modifications
- If you catch a typographical error in your shipping destination, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to modify it.
- Once a shipment is dispatched from our warehouse, no address changes or redirection requests can be accommodated under any circumstances.
10. Non-Delivery & Incorrect Address Liability
- Customers are requested to double-check their shipping address, landmark, and contact number prior to completing checkout.
- Inkanivu holds no financial or operational liability for parcels routed to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to our facility due to an invalid address, unanswered delivery calls, or door-locked scenarios, actual re-shipping charges will be billed to the customer to initiate a secondary delivery attempt.

12. International Shipping Limitations
- Currently, we accept and fulfil orders within the geographic boundaries of India only.
