By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree to the statutory terms and operational conditions detailed below.

1. Core Policy: No Returns and No Exchanges

  • Due to the intimate nature of handcrafted products, all sales are final.
  • We cannot accept returns, restock, or swap out products once they have left our warehouse.

2. Our Customer Happiness Commitment

While we do not offer standard returns, your satisfaction is our primary goal. If you are genuinely unsatisfied with the texture, performance, or experience of your Inkanivu purchase:

  • Please write directly to us at goodness@inkanivu.com within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
  • Provide your specific feedback detailing what did not meet your expectations.
  • Our dedicated team will review your submission and take all reasonable, custom actions to rectify the situation on a case-by-case basis.

3. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel an order free of charge within 12 hours of placement or before it undergoes warehouse fulfilment, whichever happens first.
  • Once an order has left our warehouse, the order can no longer be cancelled, modified, or recalled.

4. Limitation of Liability

Inkanivu is not liable for replacement or refund scenarios arising from improper storage, as well as undelivered packages resulting from incomplete addresses, missing landmarks, or invalid phone numbers supplied by the customer at checkout.
